Happy New Year 2009: 365 days in 40 Seconds

Hi Friends,

I wanted to wish you Happy New Year with a new message. I got this video in YouTube. This video shows whole year in 40 seconds. 365 days runs like seconds. It happened to me all these years. Could not even recall how I had spent 366 days in 2008. Hardly I could counted some hundred hours that I have done some useful jobs.
The same summer, same winter, same or more or less rain again repeats this year. But let our life may not be a repetition of previous year. Let it be more successful we have ever seen. Let it be more joyful than we have ever enjoyed. Let the tough time both we have faced individually and with the common minded people around the world not be repeated. Year 2008 has given many challenges to us, let us conquer these challenges in 2009. Let the world be peace, let the nature be calm, let us be cool.

How to read "how to books"?

Soon you may see a book with title "How to read 'how to books'?", sometaimes later, "How to write 'how to books'?" in book shelf. Not an amazing thing it is.

I used to read "how to" books sometime ago. How to speak, how to walk, how to talk, how to cook, how to grow rich, how to be intelligent... oooof.. a long list. But today I hate those books. I never find them useful for me, I never find any great achiever because of such books. Those books might have exampled some people, but remember those shall not have even time to hear such book titles. Nobody became great by reading such books. You have to grow by yourself, you have to find your own way, you have to make your own path.
I was discussing the same with a scientist of GE. He narrated a story how these "how to books" are written.

There was a Christmas get together. There met two ladies. One is very short, but not thin and another is very long and has flat chest.
Short lady asked the tall one after knowing her name "I have heard about you some where....".
The tall lady replied "Yeah, you might be. I'm an author, my book is a New York Best seller".
The short lady asked "Oh. Great. What is the title?".
The flat chested long lady replied "How to have a big chest and attract men?".
The short lady looked at her chest, fainted and could not reply.
The tall lady continued "Bye the way what you do?"
Short lady replied "I'm also a New York best seller author".
Tall lady asked "Oh, same profession, What you wrote?".
Short lady answered "How to grow taller?".
Short lady could not keep quite without asking "You have such a short gesture, how could you write on how to grow taller?"
The short lady told "I know short people are crazy about reading a book which tells how to grow taller. How could you write on having a attractive breast, having such a small...?"
The tall lady replied "I know how girls like me are crazy to get big breast. Because I was also mad for reading such stuffs."

Ask Barack Obama whether he has read how to master public speak. Ask Buffet if had read how to invest? Ask Bill Gates has he gone through a book on how to build a company? Ask Paulo Coelho has he read how to write a famous novel? If someone is writing such books on growing rich, ask how rich is he? What is his position in the Forbes List? Even though you would like to buy a book on How to grow rich, first untold lesson is- don't buy a original copy, get second hand or a pirated copy which comes in less than half of the original price. You will grow rich. A smile?

Focus on Focus to be successful

Focus is the essential requirement for success. Every success comes from focusing on your goal. The goal may be silly, very small comparative to others but when you focus on it you will be the ruler. So marketing guru Al Ries tells Focusing is key for success.

Not necessarily only in marketing, but for every moment of our life- focus leads to success. I can tell you why. You may be a software engineering student. Instead of trying to become master in every thing that comes in syllabus, just you could focus on "c", a very first language you learnt in your studies could make you master in "c" and you can rule it. If you are a MBA student you can just focus your ideas on McKinsey's 7s model and you can become master and it gives value to your life.

Most of the successful stories follows the same pattern. Google concentrated on search, it is ruling the world of search engines (now they are diverging, that is different kind of story).Coca-cola focused on coke, Mc Donald focused on Hamburger, Pizza Hut concentrated on Pizza, Coffee day on Coffee, Microsoft on Windows..... all are now unquestionable in their field. Today you decide what to focus on. Focus on what you want to focus. You will rule it.

"Satyam"- not Shivam nor Sundaram.

Satyam- a former construction company turned a Indian software giant, 4th largest IT exporter from India now at trouble. It is seeing a very tough time recently when market people did not accept Satyam's acquisition of Maytas Infrastructure and Maytas Properties where both companies are in the hold of family of Satyam's chairman B Ramalinga Raju. Satyam's this deal disturbed the basic confidence of Indian investers. You can look at the chart given here and observe more than 40% loss in just 1 week where the prices of 24th Dec compared with 16th Dec, the day before the Maytas- Satyam deal saw the red eye of investers.
The company dropped the plan to buy the two firms within hours after investors reacted angrily. But it didn't helped because it encountered another unfortunate moment- The World has barred Satyam, its top computer software services provider, from conducting any business with it for eight years. The WB has given the reasons "improper benefits to bank staff" and "lack of documentation on invoices" for taking this action. This again raised selling pressure of the Satyam shares.Even today (24 Dec) market drop and Satyam share fall are non comparable- Satyam was down 14.6 percent at 119.85 rupees at the time Mumbai market was down 0.9 percent.

Apart from these stories there are also strong reasons that Satyam's further fall that may not be able to acquire in this strange economic situation. Satyam clients General Electric, Nestle and Qantas Airways, cut its sales forecast in October. Satyam became a live example of bad corporate governance. There is no hope of Satyam becoming Shivam(auspiciousness-favorable quality of indicating successful) and Sundaram(beauty).

Internet providing new platform in freelance journalists

Freelance journalists are those who are not the internal part of the publishing houses, but without whom both the print and electronic media won't survive even for a single day. Difference between a regular journalist a freelance journalist are that a freelance journalist writes whenever he wishes, on whatever he likes but a regular journalist has a commitment of writing, he has a deadline. Freelance journalist has to arrange his cost of reporting his own where a regular journalist sent by the media unit will be prepaid by it.

Advantage of being a freelance journalist is that he can write whatever he wishes, whenever he finds himself free to write, he can publish whichever magazine or media and also can earn money from it. If you have a passion for hunting new information and analysing them to make a paragraph or two you too become a free lane journalist.

When it comes to Internet era, free lance journalists have a good opportunity and exposure never seen earlier. You can get information on your own or get from the net, add your own views and publish your own. Blogger are the best example for freelance journalists. A blogger is a writer, editor and a publisher of his own. He can be a designer if he has a little knowledge of html and some other web languages. He can also earn money by publishing ads which google or yahoo like sites provides or can get paid from some websites directly if he is a serious writer. If you are new to the field you can get noticed by others by writing to those who are already noticed by others. Internet just works by links.

For this what one has to do is write more original contents, get linked by some high page ranked sites, write something interesting and be active. I started my career as freelance journalist 8 years ago, entered blogging 3 years ago and changed some blogging sites until I find myself satisfied with the services provided, started earning(though not a significant amount) through blogging 4 months back. Why late, you too be a freelance journalist.

ದೀಪಿಕಾ ಪಡುಕೋಣೆ- ಮನೆ ಮರೆತ ಮದನಾರಿ

ಆವತ್ತು ಓಂ ಶಾಂತಿ ಓಂ ನೋಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಜನ, ದೀಪಿಕಾ ಪಡುಕೋಣೆ ತಾನು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಿಂದ ಬಂದವಳು ಎಂದು ಡೈಲಾಗ್ ಹೊಡೆಯುತ್ತ ಎಂಟರ್ ಆಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಂತೆ ಹೋ ಎಂದು ಕಿರುಚಿದ್ದನ್ನು ನೋಡಬೇಕಿತ್ತು. ನಮ್ಮೂರಿನ ಹುಡುಗಿ ಎಂಬ ಅಭಿಮಾನ ನಮ್ಮವರಿಗೆ. ಆದರೆ ಅದೇ ಅಭಿಮಾನ ದೀಪಿಕಾಗೂ ಇರಬೇಕಿತ್ತಲ್ಲ? ಪಾಪ ಬಾಲಿವುಡ್ ಯಶಸ್ಸು, ಹಾದಿ ಬೀದಿಗಳ ಬೋರ್ಡ್ ಮೇಲೆಲ್ಲಾ ಬಿಎಸ್ಸೇನ್ನೆಲ್ ಜಾಹೀರಾತುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ರಾರಾಜಿಸುವಂತಾದಮೇಲೆ ಮನೆ ನೆನಪಾಗಬೇಕಲ್ಲ? ಅವಳ ತಪ್ಪಲ್ಲ ಬಿಡಿ. ಸಿಕ್ಕಾಪಟ್ಟೆ ಮೈಮಾಟ ತೋರಿಸಿ ಎಕ್ಸ್ಪೋಸ್ ಮಾಡಿ ಗಳಿಸಿದ ಯಶಸ್ಸನ್ನೇನು ಕನ್ನಡಕ್ಕೆ ಹಂಚಲು ಅವಳಿಗೇನು ಹುಚ್ಚೆ? ಹೇಗಿದ್ದಳು ಹೇಗಾದಳು ಎಂದು ಮಾತನಾಡಿಕೊಂಡವರು ನಾವೇ ಅಲ್ಲವೇ?

ವಿಷಯ ಏನಿಲ್ಲ. ಸಿಂಪಲ್. ದೀಪಿಕಾ ಪಡುಕೋಣೆಗೆ ಮನೆ ಹೆಸರೇ ಮರೆತು ಹೋಗಿದೆಯಂತೆ. ಕನ್ನಡದ ಚಿತ್ರೋದ್ಯಮಕ್ಕೆ ಸ್ಯಾಂಡಲ್ವುಡ್ ಅನ್ನುವುದು ಮರೆತುಹೋಗುವಷ್ಟು ಸೊಕ್ಕಿದ್ದಾಳಂತೆ. ಅದೂ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲೇ ಹಾಗೆಂದಿರುವುದು! ಟೋಟಲ್ ಮಳಿಗೆಯ ಲೆವಿಸ್ ಶೋ ರೂಮ್ ಆರಂಬ್ಹೊತ್ಸವಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಾಕೆಗೆ ಪತ್ರಕರ್ತರು ಸ್ಯಾಂಡಲ್ ವುಡ್ ಚಿತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ವಾಪಸ್ ಬರುವ ಆಲೋಚನೆಯೇನದರೂ ಇದೆಯಾ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ಯಾಂಡಲ್ ವುಡ್ ಅಂದ್ರೆ ಏನೂ ಅಂತಾನೆ ಮರೆತೋಗಿದೆ. ಹಾಗೆಂದರೆ ಏನೆಂದು ತಿರುಗಿ ಪತ್ರಕರ್ತರನ್ನೇ ವಿಚಾರಿಸಿ ಯಾವಾಗಿಂದ ಕನ್ನಡ ಚಿತ್ರೋದ್ಯಮ ಹೆಸರು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿತೆಂದು ವಿಚಾರಿಸಿದ್ದಾಳೆ. ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ ಪತ್ರಕರ್ತರಾಗಿದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ಅಸ್ಟಾದರೂ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ್ದಾಳೆ. ಆದರೂ ಪತ್ರಕರ್ತರು ಸುಸ್ತಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದೆಲ್ಲ ಆಗಿದ್ದು ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ ೧೯ ರಂದು ಎಂದು ಡಿ.ಏನ್.ಎ ವರದಿ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಅದನ್ನೋದಿದ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರು ಪೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಕನ್ನಡದಿಂದ ಅದೆಷ್ಟು ಜನ ತನ್ನ ಜೀವನ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿ ಮನೆ ಮರೆತಿಲ್ಲ. ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಇದು ಹೊಸ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆ. ಸಧ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಅದೇ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆ ಜೆನ್ನಿಫರ, ಧ್ಯಾನ್, ಪೂಜಾ ಗಾಂಧೀ ಮತ್ತಿತರನ್ನೂ ಮಾತನಾಡಿಸಿ ನೋಡಿದಾಗ ಅವರ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನೋಡಿ ಅವರಾದರೂ ನೆನಪಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆಲ್ಲ ಅಂತ ಸಮಾಧಾನ ಆಯಿತಷ್ಟೆ.

Mother India crying looking at Arundhati Roy

"We had the death of former prime minster VP Singh, the hero of Dalits and lower castes and villain of Upper caste Hindus pass without a mention." Arundhati Roy writes in an article, she is so sad that terror attack on Mumbai made the people not to remember VP Singh. Arundhati Roy treats VP Singh as a hero, it is obvious that she is a "secular" Indian. She sometimes calls BJP as villions of Dalits and praises Vishwanath Pratap Singh, who cobbled a coalition of the Left and BJP to dethrone Rajiv Gandhi in the 1989 elections as a hero of Dalits. VP singh once considered very close to Rajiv Gandhi, later slammed him, quit his government in 1987 on the issue of corruption in public life. She writes for Guardian like some Islamist Extremist or some Pakistani had entered into her body. Mother India is crying looking at Arundhati Roy.

She writes- Even today we don't really know who the terrorists that attacked the Indian parliament were and who they worked for. She advocates on behalf of LeT, Afzal guru and some other extremist. She brings Modi, RSS, Bajarang Dal, other persons and organisation in the article that she writes an the occasion of Mumbai terror attacks and condemns something else. She delivers a judgement that pro-Hindu people are terrorists and such organisations are terrorist groups. She advocates on behalf of Pakistan's government that the terrorist may not be belonging to Pak. Then, from where they came from? Mother India is crying looking at Arundhati Roy.

According to Roy, Muslims are not the only people in the gun sights of the Hindu right. Dalits have been consistently targeted. Recently in Kandhamal in Orissa, Christians were the target of two and a half months of violence which left more than 40 dead. She writes LeT chief tells "We would like to give India a tit-for-tat response and reciprocate in the same way by killing the Hindus, just like it is killing the Muslims in Kashmir." She arrives to an idea that India, Indians, Hindus are busy in sinful acts. Are dalits not Hindus? At the same time she forgets that how many Kashmiri Pundits are refugees now. Who made them refugees? Are Kashmiri Pundits Dalits? Who killed Swami Lakshmananand Saraswati? What could be the cause behind Kandamal incidents? Why people raised their voice and shoulder in Gujrat? She doesn't need explanation for these things because she writing article for an international magazine. If she was a follower of Islam, if she writes the same thing what she made her pen busy now against Islam she could have not able to calculate the number of fatwa could have been on her. Javaharlal Nehru and Edwina Mountbatten affair- An untold story

Javaharlal Nehru, Chacha Nehru, the first prime minister of independent India had a fashionable and privileged life. Recently Nehru is well discussed about his affair with the wife of Luis Mountbatten last Viceroy pre-Partition India. Nehru family was one of the richest family of India which was also had taken part in Indian freedom movement. Edwina also from a high class family of London where she was a leading member of London society at the time of her marriage. She was also leading a fashionable life. Her life almost totally dedicated to the pursuit of pleasure. Edwina was criticised by the news papers of her time for her affair with various celebrities of her time. It is also quoted "Lady Mountbatten occasionally traveled with her husband's sister-in-law, Lady Milford Haven, whose bisexual liaisons are perhaps better documented than those attributed to Edwina". She successfully suited newspapers for publishing her personal stories. But it was rumoured and remains widely believed, she an affair with Jawaharlal Nehru that could also be had a connection on Nehru's subsequent visits to England after her returning.

Pamela Mountbatten, daughter of Lord Mountbatten described the relationship between Nehru and her mother in her book India Remembered: A Personal Account of the Mountbattens During the Transfer of Power with a chapter called "A Special Relationship" Express India reports she says, ‘Love blossomed’ between a ‘lonely’ Jawaharlal Nehru, the first Prime Minister of the country, and the last Viceroy of India Lord Mountbatten's wife, Edwina, who had had other ‘lovers’ before. She also writes affair between Jawaharlal Nehru, India's first Prime Minister, and Lady Edwina Mountbatten, blossomed during a 1947 trip to Mashobra, a hill station, as part of a party of family and friends. The attachment between them lasted until her death in 1960. A packet of letters from Nehru was found by her bedside. In her will she left all Nehru's letters - a suitcase full - to her husband.

“…towards the end of the 15 months we spent in India, the immediate attraction between my mother and Pandit ji blossomed into love” by this sentence Pamela gives a sacred states to Nehru and Edwina love affair. The kind of love that the old knights of old, a chivalric love, just as deep an emotional love with two like souls in a way, people who really grow to understand each other, and to be able to listen to each other and to complement each other and find solace in each other. Whatever the stories that could be, the photoes will never lie.

Reintoduce Sanskrit as National Language of India

Sanskrit (संस्कृतम् saṃskṛtam) is a historical Indo-Aryan language, one of the liturgical languages of Hinduism and Buddhism. Sanskrit is the mother of all Indian languages. The literature for what India is considered as a great knowledge resource, were originally written in Sanskrit. That may be Ramayana, Mahabharata or nonreligious like Yoga, Ayurveda, Vedic Maths and even Kamasutra. Can India be considered as India without these? How we have treated this Holy language? Reintroducing Sanskrit as our National language can be a proper respect we could offer to it.

My intention is not to go against Hindi. Let Hindi be our administrative language, but we should also take into account that there are more non Hindi speaking people than Hindi speaking people in India(ref:Language in India). Most of non Hindi people are not willing accept Hindi. So instead of forcing Hindi into these regions, if Sanskrit is intoduced as National Language we can bring more National integrity. So sanskrit can be used as a tool for National integrity. Any how definition of Sanskrit could only achieve it: The word Sanskrit means 'put together', 'perfected', 'polished', 'accomplished', 'highly elaborated'.

Scholars who contributed for India also had the same view. Both Sri Aurobindo and Mother have suggested that Sanskrit should be the national language of India. Dr Ambedkar himself wanted to sponsor Sanskrit the official language of the Indian union along with his supporters Dr BV Keskar, deputy minister for external affairs, and Naziruddin Ahmed. He moved an amendment draft on September 10, 1949. The resolution had to be withdrawn due to political pressure.

One day Sanskrit will be introduced as National Language. Sorry it will be re introduced as our national language, once upon a time in the Golden ages of India Sanskrit was our nationl language. The day is not far if you believe Nostradamus forecast on Sinskrit:
"Congressus independantum Blancum copium est; necessarus changum indianus cumum facus est"…
As the Congress had heavily borrowed from the White Man (British ?) at Independence, it will become necessary to "Indianize" the nation so that it may manifest again its true unique soul.
"Panchayatum villagum empruntus. Sanskritus introdum est. Historicum ecritum manus, daemonus est. Yogum, respirationnus introdum est…"
Give back the power to the villages in the form of Panchayat. Reintroduce Sanskrit as the national language. Rewrite Indian History, which had mostly been devised by White Masters. Revive ancient traditional systems such as pranayama, yoga, and incorporate them in the education system and everyday life. Change the Constitution so that democracy may not be perverted as it will be.

Everything that is constructed is to be destructed

Everything that is constructed will be destructed. It may difficult to accept this truth. But that is. Everything, each and everything.... human life, a new innovation, a business, a building, a government, a policy, a law, a belief, a relation everything that is constructed today to be destructed one day.

I don't tell things to be completely collapsed to be destructed, but at least the form in which it is present shall be destructed to construct itself in another form. This seems to be law of nature. The theory of formation of this world itself tells that it is constructed by destruction. So sooner or longer it has to be destructed to construct another.

There were kings, kingdom, policies, laws, belief... they are no more now. They all are destructed to construct where we are now. A business, that is formed by years of hard work will be reformed to transform into another form in a minuets of time or it may be completely collapsed to make way to another business. But sure, it shall be destructed.

A record, may be a sports world record, or simply a Guinness record made by months of preparation will be reconstructed by another. A relation started by 1st meet goes to an end, that could be a full stop or transformation of type of relation. Open to close, close to open; social relationship to personal or a collapse of the relationship.

So, think of the way how it could be destructed before constructing. This will help you to reform it and save it from collapsing. Go for reconstruction before it collapse. So when you construct think of destruction.

Browsers to challenge search engines?

What is the relation between browsers and search engines? How could browser take over search engines? You may think I'm making fool. But if you carefully observe the developing trend of the browsers it seems to do this job early. Just look at this picture: you can see how the trend has changed.
Little ago I was depending on google (my favourite search engine) for everything I browsed. To go to YouTube or simply to yahoomail I was typing the query as YouTube or yahoomail in search box. It was the easier way I had to enter into any sites. But now? I use search engines only for those queries on which I would like to know the presence of more than a website or simply when I want to do some research on some topic.
Now, if I need to browse Indian Railway, I simply type India in URL tab, it generates some option which consists of "...India...". Select the site I'm looking for and just hit enter. I am done. This is now available on most of all the latest versions of browser software including Mozilla, chrome. Ultimately it reduced about 50% of my search engine usage. That means it simply reduced the hit on search engines.
This is what Mozilla FireFox people defines about this feature: "The new FireFox 3 location bar learns as you use it—it’s so highly evolved that we like to call it the “Awesome Bar”. Over time, it adapts to your preferences and offers better fitting matches. Type in a term and the auto complete function includes possible matching sites from your browsing history, as well as sites you’ve bookmarked and tagged in a drop down. For example, you could enter the tag: “investments” to find “www.fool.com”. Matched terms are highlighted, making the list of results easy to scan." It claims it will show the matching from browsing history, but chrome shows the matching sites even never visited. But days are not far away that it shows matching that represents your taste by scanning whole www.
If you look at search engine history it always had a rapid change. I strongly believe this new feature of the browsers could be a challenge for search engines.

(ನಾನು ಜನಸಂಘ ಇರುವಾಗ ಇನ್ನೂ ಹುಟ್ಟಿಯೇ ಇರದಿದ್ದರೂ ನಮ್ಮೂರಿನ ಅರೆಸ್ಸೆಸ್ಸ್ ಹಿರಿತಲೆಗಳ ಮಾತು ಕೇಳಿ ಅನುಭವ.) ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕವಾಗಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತವಾದ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಧ್ವನಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಳಲೂ ಈಗ ತಾಕತ್ತು ಬೇಕಾದ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ. ಅಂತದ್ದರಲ್ಲಿ ಗೃಹ ಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ನಮ್ಮ ಸಿಕ್ಕಾಪಟ್ಟೆ ಬುದ್ಧಿಜೀವಿಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆಲ್ಲಾ ಬರೆದಿದ್ದರೆಂದರೆ ಜನರ ಕೂಗು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕೇಳಿದೆ ಎಂದಲ್ಲವೇ? ಹೀಗೇಕೆ ಹೇಳಿದೆನೆಂದರೆ ಈಗಿನ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಲಸೆ ಬಂದವರೇ ಹೆಚ್ಚಲ್ಲವೇ? ಅಕ್ರಮ ವಲಸೆ ಎಂದುಕೊಂಡು ಎಬಿವಿಪಿಯವರು ವಿರೋಧಿಸದೆ ಇರುವುದು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಪುಣ್ಯ. ಅದೆಲ್ಲ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಸಲ್ಲುವ ಮಾತುಗಳಲ್ಲ. ಗೃಹ ಮಂತ್ರಿ ಬ್ಲಾಗ್ ಇಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆನ್ನುವುದೇ ಲೇಖನದ ವಿಷಯ.

ಆಚಾರ್ಯ ಎಷ್ಟೇ ಮುತ್ಸದ್ದಿಯಾದರೂ ಗೃಹ ಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೆ ತಕ್ಕವರಲ್ಲ ಎನ್ನುವುದು ನನ್ನ ವಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ. (ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಯಡ್ಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಇವರನ್ನೇ ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ ಎಲ್ಲರ ಅನಿಸಿಕೆ ಕೂಡ.) ಅದರೂ ಅವರ ಕೆಲವು ವಯಕ್ತಿಕ ವಿಚಾರ ಓದಿ ಇಂಥವರು ನಮ್ಮ ಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾಗಿರುವುದು ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ ಎನಿಸಿತು. ಒಂದಂತೂ ಸತ್ಯ- ಇಂಥ ರಾಜಕಾರಿಣಿಗಳು ಮೂಲ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯಿಂದ ಮಾತ್ರ ಬರಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವೇನೋ! ಹೀಗೇಕೆ ಹೇಳಿದೆನೆಂದರೆ ನಾನು ನೋಡಿದ ಹಾಗೆ ಅಂತರ್ಜಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಚರ್ಚೆಗೆ ಒಳಗಾದವರೆಂದರೆ ಮೊದಿಯೇ. ಅವರ ವೆಬ್ಸೈಟ್ ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿಯೇ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ಹಲವಾರು ಸೈಟ್ ಗಳಿವೆ. ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ನಮೋ (ನರೇಂದ್ರಮೋದಿ) ಲೀಗ್ ಒಂದು. ಅಂತರ್ಜಾಲ ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಿದಾಕ್ಷಣ ದೇಶ ಉದ್ಧಾರ ಆಗಿಬಿಡುವುದು, ಮುಂದಿನ ಸಲ ಇವರೇ ಗೆದ್ದು ಬರುತ್ತಾರೆನ್ನುವುದೂ ನನ್ನ ತರ್ಕವಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೂ ಭಾರತೀಯ ರಾಜಕಾರಿಣಿಗಳೂ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಒಗ್ಗೂಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೆನ್ನುವುದೇ ಹೊಸ ವಿಷಯ.

ಅಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೂ ಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅದೇಗೆ ಅಷ್ಟು ಕ್ರಿಯಾತ್ಮಕ ಬ್ಲಾಗ್ ಇಡುವುದು ಸಾದ್ಯವಾಯಿತೋ ಗೊತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಗಾಂಧೀಜಿಯವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಲೇಖನ ಟೈಪ್ ಮಾಡಲು ಸ್ಟೆನೋ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಂತೆ ಬ್ಲಾಗಿಂಗ್ ಮಾಡಲು ಯಾರನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೋ ಗೊತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೂ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪವಾದರೂ ಪುರಸೊತ್ತು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಬ್ಲಾಗಿಂಗ್ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆಲ್ಲ ಅದೇ ಬ್ಲಾಗರ್ಸ್ಗಳಿಗೆಲ್ಲ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ.

Reliance broadband goes back to 108 AD

Reliance Broadband has a small programming error, but the result is taking you 100 years back !! It is similar to that of Y2K problem which most of us forgot. It is nothing but displaying year as 108 instead of 2008. This is observed when I tried to create a new account with Reliance broadband home page as a customer of Reliance broadnet. Here is a view of this funny mistake.

The satellite images / photographs / eyewitness accounts / videotaped confessions obtained by the Indians is fraudulent / fake / inconclusive / are actually from Indian terrorist camps and part of a larger RAW / CIA conspiracy to destabilize the Pakistani government by stalling democracy / encouraging sectarian violence / undermining Pakistani institutions / causing the next military coup in Pakistan. LETTER TO PRIME MINISTER

I received this mail from my friend Santhosh B. J. Don't know, who has written this letter. But I thought it is publishable in my blog. Thanks to original writer.

Dear Mr. Prime minister

I am a typical mouse from Mumbai. In the local train compartment which has capacity of 100 persons, I travel with 500 more mouse. Mouse at least squeak but we don't even do that.

Today I heard your speech. In which you said 'NO BODY WOULD BE SPARED'. I would like to remind you that fourteen years has passed since serial bomb blast in Mumbai took place. Dawood was the main conspirator. Till today he is not caught. All our bolywood actors, our builders, our Gutka king meets him but your Government can not catch him. Reason is simple; all your ministers are hand in glove with him. If any attempt is made to catch him everybody will be exposed. Your statement 'NOBODY WOULD BE SPARED' is nothing but a cruel joke on this unfortunate people of India .

Enough is enough. As such after seeing terrorist attack carried out by about a dozen young boys I realize that if same thing continues days are not away when terrorist will attack by air, destroy our nuclear reactor and there will be one more Hiroshima .

We the people are left with only one mantra. Womb to Bomb to Tomb. You promised Mumbaikar Shanghai what you have given us is Jalianwala Baug.

Today only your home minister resigned. What took you so long to kick out this joker? Only reason was that he was loyal to Gandhi family. Loyalty to Gandhi family is more important than blood of innocent people, isn't it?

I am born and bought up in Mumbai for last fifty eight years. Believe me corruption in Maharashtra is worse than that in Bihar . Look at all the politician, Sharad Pawar, Chagan Bhujbal, Narayan Rane, Bal Thackray , Gopinath Munde, Raj Thackray, Vilasrao Deshmukh all are rolling in money. Vilasrao Deshmukh is one of the worst Chief minister I have seen. His only business is to increase the FSI every other day, make money and send it to Delhi so Congress can fight next election. Now the clown has found new way and will increase FSI for fisherman so they can build concrete house right on sea shore. Next time terrorist can comfortably live in those house , enjoy the beauty of sea and then attack the Mumbai at their will.

Recently I had to purchase house in Mumbai. I met about two dozen builders. Everybody wanted about 30% in black. A common person like me knows this and with all your intelligent agency & CBI you and your finance minister are not aware of it.. Where all the black money goes? To the underworld isn't it? Our politicians take help of these goondas to vacate people by force. I myself was victim of it. If you have time please come to me, I will tell you everything.

If this has been land of fools, idiots then I would not have ever cared to write you this letter. Just see the tragedy, on one side we are reaching moon, people are so intelligent and on other side you politician has converted nectar into deadly poison. I am everything Hindu, Muslim, Christian, Schedule caste, OBC, Muslim OBC, Christian Schedule caste, Creamy Schedule caste only what I am not is INDIAN. You politician have raped every part of mother India by your policy of divide and rule.

Take example of former president Abdul Kalam. Such a intelligent person, such a fine human being. You politician didn't even spare him. Your party along with opposition joined the hands, because politician feels they are supreme and there is no place for good person.

Dear Mr Prime minister you are one of the most intelligent person, most learned person. Just wake up, be a real SARDAR. First and foremost expose all selfish politician. Ask Swiss bank to give name of all Indian account holder. Give reins of CBI to independent agency. Let them find wolf among us.. There will be political upheaval but that will better than dance of death which we are witnessing every day. Just give us ambient where we can work honestly and without fear. Let there be rule of law. Everything else will be taken care of.

Choice is yours Mr. Prime Minister. Do you want to be lead by one person or you want to lead the nation of 100 Crore people?

Computer vision syndrome (CVS) is a temporary condition resulting from focusing the eyes on a computer display for protracted, uninterrupted periods of time. Some symptoms of CVS include headaches, blurred vision, neck pain, fatigue, eye strain, dry, irritated eyes, and difficulty refocusing the eyes. These symptoms can be further aggravated by improper lighting conditions (ie. bright overhead lighting or glare) or air moving past the eyes (e.g. overhead vents, direct air from a fan). CVS has not been proven to cause any permanent damage to the eye.

CVS is caused by decreased blinking reflex while working long hours focusing on computer screens. The normal blink rate in human eyes is 16–20 per minute. Studies have shown that the blink rate decreases to as low as 6–8 blinks/minute for persons working on the computerscreen. This leads to dry eyes. Also, the near focusing effort required for such long hours puts strain on ciliary muscles of the eye. This induces symptoms of asthenopia and leads to a feeling of tiredness in the eyes after long hours of work. Some patients present with inability to properly focus on near objects after a short duration. This can be seen in people aged around 30–40 years of age, leading to a decrease in the accommodative focusing mechanisms of the eye.
